YES. Workplace violence is not listed as an exception to the recordkeeping rule and should be recorded due to the loss of consciousness. 

Letter of Interpretation The Recordkeeping rule contains no general exception, for purposes of determining work-relationship, for cases involving acts of violence in the work environment.
